So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.
Thank You God for the Word that is marrow to my dry bones. Here I was thinking my mind, body, and soul were hypotonic when in actuality they were lacking in the essential nutrients for optimal functioning. They needed living water. It didn’t occur to me until systems started malfunctioning just before breaking down altogether.
This is part of joy though. Jesus is the reason I’m here, standing. If He wasn’t part of the picture, I would be long gone by now. Jesus saved me from my sins. Jesus saved me from my doubts about everything. Jesus saved me from myself. Jesus rescued me from the grip of the enemy. I am free…
Grateful for the journey that has brought me here. Now I understand the importance of community. Free are meant to stay free where it matters most: spiritually. And how we know the higher levels of freedom is by being planted and firmly rooted in the heart company of those chasing after God by following Jesus. Love is the way. Jesus is the truth and the life that has brought me ultimate peace. All I wanted was peace, and now I have it and staying with the Giver and Prince of it. Thank You Jesus.
