Don’t be afraid, for the Lord will go before you and will be with you; He will not fail you.

Note to self: Trust your path is yours and yours alone. Don’t try to force anything/anyone on account of your feelings and fears. It may be in His plan for you not to connect and relate anymore. That’s ok. Accept this reality and move forward with confidence. A lot of your energy (which you’re learning to discipline) could be spent on something that is not for you to say. Therefore, pause. Often. Check yourself. Your unspoken obedience to the path God has for you is enough. Don’t give yourself more work to do. Your commitment to a Jesus-centered life can be what speaks volumes for God, without you uttering a single word. Try that. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
